The scope includes, but is not limited to: • Clearing and topsoil removal within designated pit and waste dump areas. • Establishment, construction, and maintenance of haul roads. • Loading, hauling, and dumping of waste material from pit to waste dump. • Pit wall battering and related mining support activities. • Provision of all necessary equipment, personnel, supervision, and safety controls required to deliver the works. Interested bidders are requested to carefully review the attached tender documents and submit their technical and commercial proposals including the following: 1. Company profile and relevant mining experience. 2. Technical methodology and execution plan. 3. Equipment schedule and resource deployment plan. 4. Valid statutory and HSE documentation. 5. Commercial offer completed in accordance with the attached BOQ. 6. Proposed contract duration and mobilization timeline.
